verder kijkt men totaal niet om naar het personeel op de werkvloer. Klachten, problemen dingen wara je tegen aanloopt worden allemaal weggewuifd en letterlijk zeggen ze : Waar bemoei jij je mee!? Verder als je wil "uitgroeien" waar men het over heeft heb je wel vriendjes nodig bij Smeding want zonder vriendjespolitiek red je het hier echt niet.✌?
