★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van te voren wist ik niet goed waar ik aan wilde werken en vond ik het lastig mijn doelen te formuleren. Thérèse heeft me hierin uitstekend begeleid. Dit doet ze onder andere door scherpe vragen te stellen.
Ook komen er thema's naar boven, die in de sessies verder uitgeplozen kunnen worden op een fijne positief gerichte manier.
Al met al was ik blij verrast met haar manier van coachen, voelde ik me goed gehoord en begrepen. Tot op heden heb ik nog veel aan de inzichten die ik bij Thérèse heb opgedaan.
 I didn't know in advance what I wanted to work on and I found it difficult to formulate my goals. Thérèse guided me excellently in this. She does this by asking sharp questions.
There are also themes that can be explored further in the sessions in a nice positively oriented way.
All in all I was pleasantly surprised with her way of coaching, I felt well heard and understood. To this day, the insights I gained from Thérèse have helped me a lot.
