Namens familie Buningh wil ik Smiling faces bedanken voor het fantastische au pair service voor al 5 jaar lang!

Wij willen het Smiling Faces team bedanken voor 11 jaar goede au-pair zorg. Vanwege het volwassener worden van onze zoon en de veranderingen in ons werk hebben wij besloten om vanaf deze zomer zonder au pair door te gaan. We kijken met heel veel plezier en tevredenheid terug op 11 jaar au pairs in ons leventje. Wij hebben altijd au-pairs gehad die pasten binnen ons gezin. In termen van rapportcijfers soms een ruime 6, veelal een dikke 8 en een of twee keer zelfs een 10. Onze zoon heeft zich ontwikkeld van een ventje van 3, dat geen woord Engels sprak tot een zelfstandige puber die inmiddels de au-pairs (in het Engels) lesgeeft in hoe OV werkt en hoe je een zorgverzekering aanvraagt. Kortom, we kijken terug op 11 prima jaren. We zijn 11 fotoboeken en een hoop herinneringen rijker en zeker van plan samen nog een keer in Colombia te kijken bij ‘onze’ au pairs. Met jullie bureau hebben we prima ervaringen. Wel hebben het systeem zien veranderen van bureaucratisch naar heeel bureaucratisch, maar het zal wel bij onze samenleving horen dat we steeds meer regels krijgen. Al met al hebben we veel steun van en plezier met de au pairs gehad; We zijn samen op vakantie geweest, hebben soms au-pair verjaardagen gehost met een woonkamer vol andere au-pairs en veel geleerd over de beleefwereld van de au pairs. Horrible experience ,first this agency never see how is gonna be the host family if they have the condition for have a su pair, they bring me to Rotterdam with lies fake picture of the family ,the hause and how is gonna be my room ,when I get there I just have a mattress to sleep no dressed nothing ,they send me to the hause of one single mother who has psychologist problems , not the family that they send me picture in the profile, that woman always treat me so bad and insult to me ,and the agency never contacted me , just when I writte them about my situation ,they never they to help me ,I think because they know that they lie me about the family, they really leave me alone , and they never give my money back ,because I was in all my rights t

Horrible and unreliable place. They make you sign a contract and promise things they can not provide. They have no contacts with reliable housekeepers and nannies but pretend they do. They make a good impression at first and once the money is paid it is impossible to speak to the manage of this company and you are forwarded to uncapapable staff. Very dishonest and unreliable people there so never get any nannies or housekeepers from them as they will not provide you will qualified and reliable people and when you approach them about it they will dismiss you and pretend they did their job right. Once they get their pay check that’s where the service and so called kindness ends. They also lie about everything afterwards. Save your money and time and get in touch with another reliable agency!

Awful services! We were very keen on this agency assuming you get what you pay for, however this was not the case! They do not respect the customer nor return your calls or email if you ask for your money back. When they visited our home we were asked several questions regarding the type of nanny we're looking to hire. Their job is to find someone within 4-6 weeks. After 8 weeks they sent us one profile of a nanny which did not fit the critiera or our specification. Another 2 weeks went by and they sent us again a candidate we did not ask for. The third nanny again the same but we felt pressured by this agency to interview her. Once we spoke to the third nanny through internet call we were told we have 3 days to make a decision. There was also another incident which was actually the nanny I was looking for however the information they received were incorrect. The pressure this company puts you through to make a decision so soon is not acceptable. And once I complained about their services I was told via email that I am taking this to personal! I was very angry. This cannot get anymore personal with this agency and the fact that I will be having someone new living in our home, looking after our children! I, then again sent another email and asked for their senior to call us as this has now gone too far and demand a refund and until now which has been 3 months or more, we have not heard a word! After my own research I happen to discover this agency is not even qualified by the Dutch system and are not doing their job right! I've also noticed that the nannies this agency has been looking for is all over job search engine websites rather than a professional source that only deals with nannies etc. I have found another agency and within 3 days I was listed 15 candidates to chose from. This by far shows the difference in their work! Do not trust this agency nor give any deposit upfront until you've seen them actually show you something!
