En na veel werk van Smit en Smit kan ik zeggen dat ik geen een keer ben teleurgesteld. Dus bij deze wil ik jullie nog een keer bedanken voor alles!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst representation ever. I had to pay multiple times for the same thing, because my lawyer had to re-familiarize herself with the issue.
I expressed my concerns repeatedly and she reassured me time after time. And then she forget to mention one of the important defense, thus losing me a lot of money.
I do not recommend Smit en Smit!
Part 2.
After my negative review the lawyer contacted me that NOW she is ready to talk about it. And that she had no idea that I was dissatisfied, even known that I clearly expressed my disappointment in writing and verbally several times.
Her whole approach to the case was lacking of creativity, and she assured me that we don’t have to worry about the defense.
In the court she were only able to read out again her defense and wasn’t able to react any of the opposing party nonsense. Very amateurish...
