A store that I like to visit. Where I feel valued as a customer. Whether for a purchase or repair, the staff is always there for me.
R	Rico Van Buul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ afgelopen 12-12-2019 hebben we een monteur bestelt bij Smits en van zon op aanraden van mensen. ze zijn toen voor onze vaatwasser gekomen waarvan de motor kapot was. deze is gerepareerd maar bij het er uithalen is er schaden gemaakt aan het keukenblad. uit goed vertrouwen hebben we de rekening gelijk betaald in de hoop dat hun der woord zouden na komen dat ze de schaden zouden vergoeden. 3 weken later stopte de vaatwasser er mee en hebben gevraag of ze hier weer naar wouden kijken om dat dit via hun ging. hier voor hebben ze 45,- in rekening gebracht voor een probleem dat ze zelf niet goed gemaakt hebben teven hebben ze toen niets gerepareerd alleen aan gegeven dat we een nieuwe vaatwasser bij hun moesten kopen en we dan de 45,- korting zouden krijgen. in een woord belachelijk de reparatie garantie was dus T.D. (tot de deur). na meerdere malen gebeld te hebben gehad met hun voor de reparatie van het keuken blad is tot op heden nog steeds niet vergoed 16-04-2020 last 12-12-2019 we ordered a mechanic from Smits and from sun on the advice of people. they then came to our dishwasher whose engine was broken. this has been repaired, but when removing it, damage was done to the kitchen counter. in good faith we paid the bill right away in the hope that they would get the word out that they would make good the damages. 3 weeks later the dishwasher stopped and asked if they wanted to look at it again because it went through them. for this they charged 45, - for a problem that they did not make up for themselves, they did not repair anything at that time, only indicated that we had to buy a new dishwasher from them and then we would get the 45, - discount. in a word ridiculous the repair warranty was T.D. (to the door). after having called several times with them for the repair of the kitchen top is still not reimbursed to date 16-04-2020
