★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij zijn sinds kort overgestapt van ICT provider. Altijd veel problemen gehad. Werken met Smooth Vision is echt een verademing voor onze organisatie. Lithos Bouw heeft geen eigen ICT beheerder en wij zijn dus volledig afhankelijk van de support van onze ICT provider. Zij kennen de bouwbusiness en alles wat er bij komt kijken. Ook de overgang is heel soepel verlopen.
We recently switched from an IT provider. Always had many problems. Working with Smooth Vision is really a relief for our organization. Lithos Bouw does not have its own IT manager and we are therefore completely dependent on the support of our IT provider. They know the construction business and everything that comes with it. The transition also went very smoothly.

Harald en Christian zijn een klankbord voor ons als het gaat om het bepalen van onze IT strategie en bij de inrichting van de technische omgeving. Smooth Vision monitort onze systemen continu en waarschuwt of grijpt in wanneer nodig. De helpdesk is zeer goed bereikbaar en direct inzetbaar bij acute kleine of grote problemen. Bijna alles kan remote opgelost worden maar indien nodig is er ook snel iemand ter plaatse. De medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en geduldig. Wij zijn zeer tevreden met deze dienstverlener.
Masterpack Group B.V. and Winza B.V. have been making since the establishment of Smooth Vision B.V. use of its services. Harald and Christian are a sounding board for us when it comes to determining our IT strategy and when designing the technical environment. Smooth Vision continuously monitors our systems and warns or intervenes when necessary. The help desk is very easily accessible and can be used immediately in case of acute minor or major problems. Almost everything can be solved remotely, but if needed, someone can be on site quickly. The staff are friendly and patient. We are very satisfied with this service provider.
