β β β β β The guy serving asked where we were from. "England? Oh, you don't know how to make fried fish, your batter is not right! This will be the best fish you ever had!"
Quite a brave statement to say to 2 travellers from the land of fish and chips but my god was he right! Wonderfully white cod in crispy batter and even served with free chips. "See you tomorrow!" he shouted as we left. If we hadn't only been ini the hague for one day, he would have done too!
