I feel like the UI can be more comfortable. A lot of times I need to look around the app / website to find the link to the car I reserved, and there is no "next trip" button, so I can't easily go and check when I booked the car (for example if I want to check the pickup time or location).
Still would highly recommend this app!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was once a great company, but now they are just another car rental. It has nothing more to do with the originally idea of car sharing, because all they do is provide insurance for the rented period. But if you want to borrow your neighbors car, and he wants you to be insured, than you can do this by yourself- for example ohra has this service - and you dont need to pay the ocerpriced fees of snappcar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good app but needs improvements. As i have mentioned to the customer support there is a system failure to measure the additional km that the renter is making. So presentating to the owner of the car the additional income from km in the income calculation from Snapp car is mislealing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient as it's easy to find good cars nowadays just around my neighborhood. The keyless cars are super handy, hassle free. Makes it feel like the car is yours. It would be great to have rentals that can last just few hours.
