Stelt onredelijke eisen en verwacht zonder SLA een oplossing binnen 1 uur voor een niet NOC/urgent probleem op service gebied en plaatst vervolgens een reeks negatieve reviews terwijl er duidelijk is aangegeven dat wij voor meneer druk bezig zijn.
Advies aan andere service providers om goed op te letten.
 Unfortunately not a good experience with this customer. Makes unreasonable demands and expects a solution within 1 hour for a non-NOC / urgent problem in the service area without SLA and then places a series of negative reviews while it is clearly indicated that we are busy working for the gentleman.
Advice to other service providers to pay attention.
