★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing customer service. Definitely would recommend going here instead of a GGD place, especially if you’re travelling to the UK.
Our initial PCR test that we got through the Dutch government was refused by Eurostar because the testing facility (MCD) had not included all the necessary information.
The wonderful team at Snelkliniek rescued us with a new PCR test at a very reasonable price, and were the only place that could process it within 24 hours (we got our results the same evening) AND with all the necessary information like manufacturer and lab location, so we could get home the next day.
Better yet, when I emailed them after closing hours, they replied instantly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive had 2 tests at the Vondel Clinic and had 2 very bad experiences, the first time I did it I received no email at all .. and then 2nd time I received the email 20 hours later than they promised when I paid for the RAPID result ... This put significant stress on my travel and also when pressed for answers or a refund they shifted blame to the clinic .. Whilst I understand how this could be a realistic issue .. its this clinic that took my money and should be serving a refund ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY GO WITH ANY OTHER GROUP. Booked 5 antigen tests for family. Needed to cancel as we canceled our trip and did so within their cancelation policy (24hrs prior to test). Currently been in a back and forth email journey over 1.5 months to get my money back. Now not receiving any return emails. WELL BEYOND their 15 day promised return period.
