★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bizar slechte service. Na jarenlang voor duizenden euro's een aantal artikelen te hebben aangeschaft bij dit bedrijf, is onze account geblokkeerd. Na een retourzending van ondeugdelijke artikelen hebben ze in plaats van het netjes op te lossen onze account gewist zonder enige communicatie. Al eerder gemerkt dat de service ver beneden peil is en dat er zelfs enigszins denigrerend wordt gereageerd. Op de eerdere vraag waarom een heel aantal artikelen (juist die wij veel bestelden) meer dan 100% in prijs verhoogd waren kreeg ik het antwoord; "het is niet anders en zilver is altijd al veel duurder dan goud....ehhh? "
Absoluut mijden dit bedrijf. De kwaliteit van veel artikelen is ook zeer matig. Roestvrij staal (goud) was na 1 dag al zilver. Het interesseert ze helemaal niets daar in Schagen. Klanten zijn voor hun noodzakelijk kwaad.
Bizarrely bad service. After years of purchasing a number of articles from this company for thousands of euros, our account has been blocked. After a return of faulty items, instead of solving it properly, they deleted our account without any communication. I have already noticed that the service is far below standard and that there is even a slightly derogatory response. I got the answer to the previous question why a lot of articles (especially those we ordered a lot) were more than 100% increased in price; "It's no different and silver has always been much more expensive than gold .... ehhh?"
Absolutely avoid this company. The quality of many articles is also very poor. Stainless steel (gold) was already silver after 1 day. They don't care at all there in Schagen. Customers are a necessary evil to them.
