Nou snap ik dat er een standaard starttarief is, of de monteur nou 10 of 30 minuten ter plaatse is. Maar ik vind 140 EURO echt absurd veel voor doordeweeks en overdag... De monteur was vriendelijk maar kwam niet erg vertrouwenwekkend over met een blikje Heineken in de hand onder werktijd (en dus ook tijdens het rijden). I assumed a normal rate but had to tap 140 for 10 minutes of work. I understand that there is a standard starting rate, whether the technician is on site for 10 or 30 minutes. But I think 140 EURO is really absurd for weekdays and during the day ... The mechanic was friendly but did not appear very confident with a can of Heineken in hand during working hours (and therefore also while driving).
J	Jan Geurts on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afgelopen vrijdag na drie keer bellen kwam er uiteindelijk een monteur na 5,5 uur wachten. Kosten 155 euro voor 20 minuten werk! Tijdens het eerste telefoontje werd gezegd dat er binnen anderhalf uur iemand kwam, vervolgens terug gebeld, toen werd er gezegd dat het wat langer kon duren, ze hadden teveel werk aangenomen. Toen ik voor de derde keer belde werd gezegd dat het tweede telefoontje niet in het systeem stond...dus weer wachten...waardeloos!! Klacht ingediend maar uiteraard niks meer gehoord! Last Friday after calling three times, a technician finally arrived after 5.5 hours of waiting. Costs 155 euros for 20 minutes of work! During the first phone call it was said that someone came within an hour and a half, then called back, then it was said that it could take a little longer, they had taken on too much work. When I called for the third time it was said that the second call was not in the system ... so wait again ... worthless !! Complaint submitted but of course nothing heard!

Op veel websites kon ik geen vaste prijzen vinden en dat vond ik irritant, maar bij SnoWi stond een heel duidelijk artikel met informatie over het installeren en vaste prijs als je dit wilde laten installeren. Omdat dit ook betaalbaar was en duidelijk een prijs erbij stond vermeld, heb ik meteen een afspraak gemaakt. Ik ben super goed geholpen en geadviseerd. Hele aardige man en hij heeft zelfs nog even geholpen met een paar kleine dingen waar ik mee bezig was maar niet goed lukte! Echt een mensenpersoon en behulpzaam. Nogmaals Dank! Very well helped! I was looking for someone who could install my induction plate. I couldn't find fixed prices on many websites and I found that annoying, but at SnoWi there was a very clear article with information about installing and fixed price if you wanted to have this installed. Because this was also affordable and clearly stated a price, I immediately made an appointment. I have been helped and advised very well. Very nice man and he even helped with a few small things that I was doing but did not work well! Really a people person and helpful. Thanks again!
E	Erik Jan Reijenga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte ervaring. Bij verzoek om reparatie via telefoon een afspraak ingepland voor monteur. Euvel was snel gevonden en huisbezoek van monteur heeft slechts 5 minuten geduurd, maar de kosten zijn €140(!) en zijn niet vooraf gemeld. Ook niet dat het om een spoedtarief gaat. Kosten zijn ook niet op de site terug te vinden. Bij een klacht over dit onredelijke hoge bedrag aan de monteur werd mijn vrouw zeer onvriendelijk verzocht om direct te betalen. Geen discussie mogelijk. De monteur had nog wel even tijd om uitgebreid naar ons toilet te gaan (niet alleen plassen). Pas na twee keer bellen iemand aan de lijn van Snowi die ook geen boodschap heeft aan mijn klacht. Waardeloze klantvriendelijkheid, hoge prijzen en slechte (en onfrisse) service dus. Very bad experience. If requested for repair by telephone, an appointment is scheduled for the mechanic. Euvel was quickly found and the mechanic's home visit only took 5 minutes, but the costs are € 140 (!) And have not been reported in advance. Nor that it is an urgent rate. Costs cannot be found on the site either. When a complaint about this unreasonably high amount to the mechanic, my wife was very unfriendly asked to pay immediately. No discussion possible. The mechanic still had some time to go to our toilet extensively (not just peeing). Only after calling twice someone on the line of Snowi who also has no message to my complaint. Lousy customer-friendliness, high prices and poor (and unsavory) service.

However, they were able to help me over the phone in a very patient and diligent way, so in the end it cost me nothing and my problem was solved! Brilliant! I will call them next time I have an issue.
