When I was able to start my treatment, I was told "thank you for waiting" as if I had a choice. Despite the bad start, I was satisfied with the treatment provided, even though I had to wait quite long for it. I don't like waiting that long of there's a booking system in the stores. If a person shows up late for their treatment, take it from their own time rather than let the next customers wait. I don't think we should be experiencing consequences for someone else's lack of punctuality.

But, the owner of this spa is extremely devoted to her customers experiences and you'll find out how much she cares if there is any issue whatsoever. Got a personal call and I really appreciated how genuinely she puts customer care first and tops.
L	Lisa Leng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really wanted to give this place a better review, because based on their telephone customer service, they were winners. It all fell apart during my appointment. On the surface, everything was nice - I came for a pedicure, and they did just that. It was at the end of the appointment and when I got home that things really went south. At the end of the appointment, I felt pressured to buy products, even though I told the technician who worked on me that I had plenty of product at home. She kept yammering on and on about needing to use sunscreen every day, to the point where it was more convenient for me to say yes to whatever bottle she was trying to sell me just to shut her up! Well...I ended up with a €45 bottle of sunscreen. It gets worse - once I started on my journey home, I could feel some discomfort in my big toe. By the time I got home, it was tender and pink. By the next morning, it was red and swollen! This disgusting place ended up giving me some sort of infection, because not only the swollen toe, but the toenail had problems where there was basically a deep ridge carved into the nail, from where the technician scraped at my cuticle too hard. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!

The pedicure (feet basic or spoiled) easily lasts 3-4 weeks. They also have a good selection of organic beauty products. One of my favorite places!
