Over mijn eigen persoonlijke toestandcwaar ik ze voor ingeschakeld heb, wordt niet gepraat dan wel in een doofpot gestopt. Echt vreselijke ervaring!
 Very bad. Do not keep agreements. Only talk about personal experience or your own problems. Borrows books and does not return them.
My own personal situation for which I have engaged them is not talked about or covered up. Really awful experience!
