β β β β β Je wordt ten minste geholpen als je problemen hebt met de alledaagse bureaucratie. Ik word een beetje gek van al het papierwerk en ben blij dat ik daar hulp bij krijg.
At least you will be helped if you have problems with everyday bureaucracy. All the paperwork is driving me a bit crazy and I am happy to receive help with that.

β β β β β Was een beetje verwarrend hoe je binnen moest komen. Heb 10 minuten aan de telefoon gehangen en toen werd er nog niet opgenomen. Daarna geklopt op het raam maar ook hierop geen reactie.
Toen kwam er een vrouw die naar binnen ging en zei dat ik stond te wachten anders had ik er wrs de hele middag gestaan.
Was a bit confusing how to get in. Was on the phone for 10 minutes and still no answer. Then knocked on the window but no response.
Then a woman came in and said I was waiting otherwise I would have been there all afternoon.
