★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goed bedrijf waar mensen met een beperking toch iets nuttigs kunnen bijdragen. Hopelijk veranderd de mening van mensen die geen idee hebben hoe blij de mensen zijn die er werken (ze zijn niet allemaal "mongolen")
Good company where people with disabilities can still contribute something useful. Hopefully the opinion of people who have no idea how happy the people who work there will change (they are not all "Mongolians")

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je krijgt er koffie ?en komt voor een serieus gesprek. Het is een opleidings bedrijf dus . Gewoon als je een oproep krijgt ga je er heen. Niks bijzonders.
You get coffee there and come for a serious conversation. So it's a training company. Just when you get a call you go there. Nothing special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het is een sociale werkplaats, maar geloof het of niet: je kunt je collega's niet vertrouwen die daar werken. Je hoeft effe niet te kijken wordt alles van je door verteld. Het bedrijf doet wel goed en levert personeel aan andere bedrijven. Schoonmaak personeel loopt de kantjes van af. Dus nooit schoonmaak personeel via hun inhuren!
It is a social workplace, but believe it or not: you cannot trust your colleagues who work there. You do not have to look effe everything is told by you. The company does well and supplies staff to other companies. Cleaning staff is going the wrong way. So never cleaning staff through their hiring!
