★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simon heeft voor ons in Juli 2018 een prachtige aanbouw gemaakt voor een leefkeuken. De oplevering was geheel volgens de aangeleverde tekeningen en binnen de gestelde termijn. Extra dingetjes die tijdens het bouwen (het is een oud huis) naar voren kwamen zijn vakkundig en snel opgelost. Het was een zeer prettige samenwerking met een mooi resultaat.
 Simon made a beautiful extension for us in July 2018 for a kitchen. Completion was entirely in accordance with the drawings supplied and within the set term. Extra things that came up during construction (it is an old house) have been resolved professionally and quickly. It was a very pleasant collaboration with a good result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simon was hired to renovate our bathroom, The quote was very good, the price was very competitive. Prior to starting no measurements were taken. We bought our own sanitair and he didn't check if it was ok.
First day, we found 3 holes in our walls with no explanation until we asked. Second day, we got called from work because his team drilled into the gas line/pipe of our neighbour. Two unforeseen events like this made us question his competence and we asked for a third opinion.
Upon seeing another aannemer, Simon got angry and left us. At that point he had already removed the old toilet and demolished bathroom.
Our baby was 6 moths when it happened and we had to wait for 10 days until another aannemer built a new toilet on such a short notice. All of the recommended aannemers were occupied at that point and on such a short notice so we had to wait for 8 weeks until our bathroom was finally done.
As this wasn't enough, SImon sent us a bill of 1800 euros for 10 hours of work and all the damage.
