Ook de administratieve afhandeling, BTW-teruggave, aanmelding bij Enexis en de inrichting van de website en app waarop de prestaties van de installatie kan worden gevolgd zijn door hem zonder problemen geregeld. Complimenten voor Solard. Aanrader dus! 14 solar panels on my roof, totally happy. Jan-Ard communicates well, his quotation with documentation is clear and the job was carried out quickly and well. The administrative processing, VAT refund, registration with Enexis and the design of the website and app on which the performance of the installation can be monitored have also been arranged by him without any problems. Tweetal offertes gehad en uiteindelijk voor de 18-panelen variant gekozen. Vakkundige installatie door de monteurs van Solard. Ook erg gezellig, spontane gasten. Bekwaam en goed uitgerust. Eind 2021 problemen gehad met een enkele optimizer en dezelfde dag kwam een monteur na een klus langsrijden om er de defecte optimizer te vervangen. Vanochtend had ik na 3 dagen geen rapportage te hebben ontvangen in MySolarEdge gebeld en letterlijk, op de klok, 5 minuten later stond Jan Ard voor de deur om de inverter uit te lezen en mij wegwijs te maken in de herstartprocedure. Kortom, als je een lokale panelenboer zoekt is Solard/Jan Ard de juiste keuze! Fantastic experience. Jan Ard himself came by in Aug 2021 to measure the roof and to implement various options as optimally as possible. Had two quotes and eventually opted for the 18-panel variant. Professional installation by the Solard technicians. Also very sociable, spontaneous guests. Competent and well equipped. Had problems with a single optimizer at the end of 2021 and the same day a mechanic came by after a job to replace the defective optimizer. This morning, after 3 days of not receiving a report in MySolarEdge, I called and literally, on the clock, 5 minutes later Jan Ard was at the door to read out the inverter and to guide me through the restart procedure. In short, if you are looking for a local panel farmer, Solard/Jan Ard is the right choice!
