De naam van onze website www.parasols.nl zegt eigenlijk al genoeg. We zijn gespecialiseerd in de ontwikkeling, verkoop en installatie van alle soorten parasols. Solero staat voor parasols in het midden- en hogere segment. Het programma omvat dan ook een groot aanbod in typen en uitvoeringen, zowel voor de particuliere gebruiker als professionele toepassingen in de horeca.
Het spreekt vanzelf dat kwaliteit voorop staat bij Solero. Wij zien dit als een voorwaarde om ons op dit niveau te kunnen onderscheiden. Bovendien zijn duurzame ontwikkelingen en milieubewustheid een vast onderdeel van onze bedrijfsfilosofie. Dat komt tot uiting in de materiaalkeuze, de corrosiebestendigheid en natuurlijk de kleurvastheid van de gebruikte doeken. Ook het bedieningsgemak is een belangrijke factor: daar wordt steeds meer op gelet. Een parasol kan nog zo groot en mooi zijn, wanneer je die niet snel en makkelijk kunt openzetten, is dat een reden om ervan af te zien.

When it transpired I probably needed another product, he and his colleague guided me through the options and the "watch outs" for having a cantilevered parasol on a roof terrace. I don't have the product yet but had to post a review now out of sheer enthusiasm and gratitude to Sam and the team. If only this type of service could be replicated more broadly! I couldn’t be happier with this product it is very well made and the finish is excellent.
It came well packed and the service I received was second to none.what a refreshing change to deal with such a professional company.
There was no downside to this company.
What I will say though be aware the import duty and vat is a bit of a shock but that’s nothing to do with the company that’s the price of Brexit.

On their website we could choose easily because there are a lot of important details, technicals I mean, not only bla..bla.. as usually. Obviously, I searched informations on SOLERO nl and after serious checking, this company shows serious references ans proved on'es. Therefore, I've ordered a parasol. 3 days after I received the goods, well protected and packaged !!! Qualities of goods were exactly those described. I had several communications with the technical and commercial departments and I must say that I've found every time professionalism and......honesty in their way of treating the custommers and making business. The customer service team were very quick to respond and although they didn’t have a specific part in stock they took one from one of their stock parasols. They gave me lots of advice on how to fit it and it now works like a dream. So glad I bought one all those years ago!!
