“Mijn naam is Tess Doorakkers en vanaf juli 2020 ben ik de trotse eigenaresse van Solid Health. Al heel mijn leven heb ik een grote passie voor alles wat te maken heeft met voeding en beweging. In 2016 ben ik als Sport- en Bewegingsmanager afgestudeerd en vervolgens heb ik mijn diploma als Gewichtsconsulente gehaald. Met flink wat jaren ervaring in de fitnessbranche is het nu tijd voor de volgende stap: Solid Health.”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ super gezellig en kleinschalig. Heerlijk om na het sporten een kopje thee te drinken als je dit wilt. Gave lessen met kleine groep. hele goede begeleiding hierbij van super trainers en de beste PT-er die elke keer weer mij weet uit te dagen. Hierdoor meer kracht en conditie. Voel me nu beter dan ooit!
super cozy and small. Lovely to have a cup of tea after exercise if you want. Great lessons with a small group. very good guidance from super trainers and the best PT who knows how to challenge me every time. This gives more strength and condition. Feel better than ever now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live close to them and sometimes they are very loud. It is some kind of aerobic. Customers from them are ladies with the cars - sometimes it is anoing becouse it is hard to find free parking spot. So, according to the free parking places during the day they need to do a good job.
