★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a big fan of SoLow for many many years especially this branch in the heart of the city. I never leave the store empty handed! Upstairs is dedicated to party materials and downstairs, practically anything you can think of, all at bargain prices. Oh the friendliest staff deserve another star. Always very cheerful and helpful!
