Das Ferienhaus verfügt über eine Küche mit Spülmaschine, Gasherd, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden.Kleine Küche ist mit dem Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss verbunden. Im Wohnzimmer, TV, WLAN, Esstisch für 4 Personen und ein kleines Sofa.Heizung ist digitalisiert und kann nach Wünschen eingestellt werden.Kleines Bad mit Toilette und Dusche.Waschbecken befindet sich in der 1. Etage.Die 1. Etage hat einen Zugang über eine steile Treppe, wie man sie in Holland oft findet.Für gehbehinderte oder ältere Gäste nicht geeignet, weil hier im letzten Drittel der Handlauf fehlt. Im Obergeschoss Betten im Vorraum mit Waschbecken.Ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und TV. Verdunklungsrollo vorhanden.
Das Sommerhaus ist mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet.Inventar sehr abgewohnt.Günstiger Preis für Egmond aan Zee, somit ist der Preis gerechtfertigt.Ideal für Familie, die ein günstiges Ferienhaus suchen.Wer Komfort und innenarchitektonische Highlights gewohnt ist, wird dies hier nicht finden. Aussenterrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten für 4 Personen, kein Sonnenschirm, keine Markisse vorhanden. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden.

The holiday home has a kitchen with a dishwasher, gas stove, microwave and coffee maker. The small kitchen is connected to the living room on the ground floor. In the living room, TV, WiFi, dining table for 4 people and a small sofa. The heating is digitized and can be adjusted as required. Small bathroom with toilet and shower. Sink is on the 1st floor. The 1st floor has access via a steep staircase, as you often find it in Holland, not suitable for handicapped or elderly guests because the handrail is missing in the last third. Upstairs beds in the anteroom with washbasin. An additional bedroom with double bed and TV. Blackout blind available.
The summer house is equipped with the essentials. Inventory very shabby. Low price for Egmond aan Zee, so the price is justified. Ideal for families looking for a cheap holiday home. Those who are used to comfort and interior design highlights will not find this here. Outside terrace with seating for 4 people, no parasol, no awning available. Sufficient parking spaces available.
