The barras chicken tomato are certainly not as tasty as before Now I also had too many pizzas In short, we do not order meet

J	Joey Ezechiëls on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I order bami at the Sonali restaurant in Delft using Thuisbezorgd. A few minutes later I get a phone call from them saying they don't have any bami. Ok, that can happen. So I say "all right, give me my money back", which to me sounds reasonable in such a situation. The problem starts when they don't want to do that because "they'll need to wait 2 weeks for their money back from Thuisbezorgd". At that point they claim to have another phone call and hang up in my ear, only to call back a few minutes later. At this point I hear from them that they want me to contact Thuisbezorgd to get my money back, in other words it's fine for me to wait that amount of time for a mistake Sonali made. So be careful with "restaurant" Sonali folks: if they can't deliver what you ordered they don't want to refund the money if it was ordered via Thuisbezorgd. I'll never order from there again. (FTR: Thuisbezorgd itself it not to blame here. If Sonali can't deliver bami they shouldn't put it out there for people to order. Next to that, Thuisbezorgd in fact contacted me to refund the money.)
