★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toen ik hier me nagels ging doen was er een lange wachtrij. Toen ik aan de buurt was toen was ze heel de tijd aan het praten met haar collega's of aan het bellen. En toen ik weg ging moest ik meer betalen dan er bij de prijzen stond terwijl ik meer dan 3x heb gevraagd of het het bedrag was dat ik bij me had en er werd ja gezegd. Sinds dien ga ik hier niet meer en heb ik tegen anderen ook gezegd om hier niet (meer) te gaan. Ik denk dat het beter is als mensen vooraf betalen zodat de gene die je nagels gaat doen weten tot welke prijs je gaat zodat er geen verrassingen ontstaan voor de klant.

And when I left I had to pay more than the price stated while I asked more than 3 times if it was the amount I had with me and they said yes. Since then I have not been going here anymore and I have also told others not to go here anymore. I think it is better if people pay in advance so that the person who is going to make your nails know at what price you are going so that there are no surprises for the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kom er al jaren en het is zo slecht geworden. Alles moet haastig en snel en wanneer je kritiek heb op hoe slordig je nagels gedaan worden krijg je een eigen risico discussie en dan eindstand wilt SONDY je dan niet helpen.
NOOIT MEER!
Been coming there for years and it got so bad. Everything has to be hasty and fast and when you criticize how sloppy your nails are done you get a deductible discussion and then SONDY will not help you.
NEVER AGAIN!
