★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's such a shame that such an amazing firm provides deceiving information. The first consultation was made through "de inloopspreekuur". The advice given was very complete, profesional and it seemed I was being completely supported.
Unfortunately, when I followed the advice given by the lawyer at the previous consultation, I was informed by the telephone operator that I had already made a consultation and I must make an appointment and ofcoarse pay the fee of the consultation.
My discontent is not with the fact of having to pay, my discontent is about the fact that this was not mentioned at the previous consultation, the advice was very clear I rephrase; please take note of the consultations days "inloopspreekuuren" and get back to me in case this is not solved in the legal manner. If there is any legal conflict, I will THEN welcome you at pur practice and see how can we approach this forward. Its such a shame.
