★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week, I ordered for the third time in this web shop and I am sorry to observe that my experience is degrading.
The first order went flawless. 5 stars!
In my second order - a long list of components to build speakers - 2 items were missing in the box but were sent to me with no fuss nor delay after a simple complaint. 5 stars still but a bit less shiny.
In a similar order last week everything was there but I noticed that the boxes of the most expensive parts (Purifi 6.5 Woofers) had been opened before. Not cool but I could have lived with that. Worse still, one of the woofers wasn't built straight and both of them are defective as they have no bass response whatsoever. Yesterday I sent them back and I am now waiting for the new (and working!) drivers that they promptly promised.
I kept the forth star as I still have confidence that they will get it straight in the end.
