★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als ik -5 sterren kon geven dan had dit mijn voorkeur gehad. Administratief zeer zwak bedrijf. Men heeft echt geen idee waarmee men bezig is. Door hun foutief handelen ben ik een domein kwijtgeraakt terwijl ze ons wel 2 jaar voor het domein hebben gefactureerd. Sterker nog, na het verhuizen van alle domeinen heeft men mij nog 2 jaar lang facturen gestuurd voor een aantal domeinen, inclusief het domein dat met kwijt is geraakt. Na het uitblijven van betaling van mijn zijde heeft men een incassobedrijf in de arm genomen. Inmiddels heb ik creditnota’s mogen ontvangen.
Het is te bizar voor woorden hoe dit lomp bedrijf administratief haar zaken regelt en dan hebben wij het nog niet gehad over de afhandeling van het domeinverlies.
Blijf bijzonder dat dit dit bedrijf bestaansrecht heeft.
Blijf er uit de buurt en bespaar u zelf hoofdpijn!
 If I could give -5 stars this would have been my preference. Administratively very weak company. You really have no idea what you are doing. Due to their mishandling, I lost a domain even though they billed us for 2 years for the domain. In fact, after the transfer of all domains, they sent me invoices for 2 years for a number of domains, including the domain that was lost. After I failed to pay, a debt collection company was engaged. I have now received credit notes.
It is too bizarre for words how this clumsy company manages its administrative affairs and we haven't even mentioned the handling of the domain loss.
Stay special that this company has the right to exist.
Stay away from it and save yourself a headache!
