★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total liebe Mitarbeiter, die auch sehr gerne und hilfreich beraten. Der Laden ist geräumig, immer gut aufgeräumt und sortiert. Hier kriegt man außerdem noch Kleidung zu Flohmarktpreisen (wie es in einem sozialen Laden eigentlich auch sein sollte). Größen- und stilmäßig sehr durchmischt – Spenden, halt ? Leider, leider gibt es nur keine Parkmöglichkeiten (nur für Anlieferer). Aber Hilden ist ja eh ne Fahrradstadt und Öffis halten auch ganz nah bei.
Totally dear coworkers, who also gladly and helpful advise. The store is spacious, always well tidied and sorted. Here you can also get clothing at flea market prices (as it should be in a social shop). Size and style very mixed - donations, stop ? Unfortunately, unfortunately there are only no parking facilities (only for suppliers). But Hilden is anyway a bicycle city and public transport also close by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teilweise schippische Damen als Personal, häufig wird die Ware bei Eingang nicht ordentlich auf Beschädigungen wie Löcher, Flecken etc gesichtet. Das ist ein großes Manko, denn man muss ja nun doch auch dafür bezahlen. Sollte vielleicht besser drauf geachtet werden, denn Umtausch ist ja ausgeschlossen
Partly dingy ladies as staff, often the goods at the entrance not properly on damage such as holes, stains, etc. spotted. That's a big drawback, because you have to pay for it. Should perhaps be paid better attention, because exchange is indeed excluded
