J	Joe “めっちゃ抹茶” Jellema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfortable location but a bit hard to reach if not by car. Extremely shocked about the €4,50 price tag for a small bottle of water, which is a necessity when going to saunas and whatnot. Though I brought my own, forgetting to bring a bottle should not be punished financially nor should a basic human need and right be exploited. The restaurant's food was mediocre, though the staff was very kind. The lounging area was noisy and loud, though that was caused by other visitors. The location is quite crowded and could use an expansion. All in all I had a good time and will probably visit again some time, but by car.

There were too many naked bodies to navigate around and waiting for a spot to sit/ lie for a sauna doesnt add to a relaxing and quiet time. May be in the summer when the gardens are accessible it would be better. Staff are friendly and facilities clean.

The corridors in between the saunas can be a little cramped at times, but the saunas themselves were fine. The quality of the massage could definitely use improvement, it seemed quite half hearted.

I lost 2 tickets because they were always closed (due to covid ok but it’s not my fault either) and they are unwilling to extend the dates for a moment where it will reopen. This is scandalous. The money is not leaking by our windows…. We lost a lot.
