★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein schönes Appartement - allerdings eher für 2 als für 4 Personen von der Größe. Tolle Lage und super Ausblick! Die technische Ausstattung ist hochwertig, allerdings sind wenig Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!
 A nice apartment - but more for 2 than for 4 people the size. Great location and great view! The technical equipment is of high quality, but there are few kitchen utensils available. Overall, very recommendable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolle Lage und auch eigentlich toll von außen. Im Haus teilweise schon sehr ungünstig geschnitten: Badezimmer unten sehr alt und viel zu klein, Küche erst recht - ein Witz. Oben Badezimmer (auch sehr alt) und Küche ok. Terrassenmöbel teilweise verrottet, wäre im Sommer gar nicht gegangen. Achtung: Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich direkt bei der Außentreppe zur Oberwohnung ein Mini-Haus, das auch bewohnt ist. Muss man mögen...
Wir hatten für den Preis dann doch deutlich mehr erwartet.
Great location and actually great from the outside. In the house, the layout was sometimes very unfavorable: the bathroom downstairs was very old and much too small, the kitchen even more so - a joke. Upstairs bathroom (also very old) and kitchen ok. Terrace furniture partially rotten, would not have worked in summer. Attention: There is a mini-house on the property by the outside staircase to the upper apartment, which is also inhabited. You have to like ...
We had expected a lot more for the price.
