β β β β β The staff was very rude. I went there on Tuesday night (21.00 pm.) and a staff with green t-shirt blamed me that I was looking for the products for too long. I think his action is unacceptable.

β β β β β Staff is friendly and the shop looks good BUT and it's a big BUT..the prices of this shop are a rip off for tourists. Six cans (33cc) of cold beer cost around 10 euros, the Heineken ones had a funny discount and from 10 euros the price went down to 6 euros and something. Usually the prices are around 4 or 5 euros.
Asking 10 euros for 6x33cc of cold beer(even if the cold ones are usually more expensive) is out of common sense, I wonder how legal it is to cheat tourists like this, thank god i'm not. I'll post a pic later

β β β β β Really nice store with good assortment of food to take away. A specially recommend sandwiches for a great breakfast. All the stuff from the store is really polite, kind and welcome. A specially I can notice Mendy, she is always very positive, open and debonair. After visiting the store and having chit chat with her youβll forget about bad mood until the end of the day ?

β β β β β Agree with many reviewers here on staff rudeness. Yesterday evening while waiting in line, one of the cashiers called the next person up. Thinking it was me, I walked up only to find out there was actually someone else in front of me I hadnβt seen. No big deal, honest mistake I realized within 1-2 seconds. As I start walking back, the other male cashier (Aug 28th around 8-9pm) starts going absolutely crazy yelling at me to move back. I calmly tried pointing it out I thought I had been called up, he doesnβt wanna hear anything and starts yelling louder and talking me down like I was some misbehaving child. Not only completely unnecessarily (I was already moving back) but really embarrassing to cause a scene like that in public for no reason. The lady cashier who helped me was clearly uncomfortable by his attitude, explaining to me it had been a βreally long dayβ, as it that excuses lashing out like a mistreated beast. Still, at least she was calm and wished me a nice evening, which I didnβt realize was a luxury at Spar. Is not having a bully in a front desk position that difficult?
