β β β β β 6 minuten in de winkel gestaan om 11 uur maar 0 personeel gezien die een broodje kon of wou maken. Het is dat ik mn tram moest halen en dus maar een klef voorverpakt broodje heb gepakt. Was liever ergens anders heen gelopen waar wel personeel is in de winkel...
 6 minutes stood in the shop at 11am but staff 0 seen who could or wanted to make a sandwich. It is that I mn tram had to pick, so I just grabbed a prepackaged sandwich soggy. Would have preferred to go somewhere else where there is staff in the store ...

β β β β β Ik kwam hier op 1-05-2019 rond 18:00 uur binnen om wat hapjes te halen. Ik pak een stokbrood en loop naar de medewerkers om te vragen of ik het stokbrood kan laten snijden, maar voordat ik geholpen zou worden, werd de conversatie van de medewerker en collega of vriendin nog even voortgezet met woorden zoals βkankergrappigβ. Ik heb de spullen terug gelegd en ben weggegaan. Trouwens, bij de Ah in de Damstraat zijn ze heel vriendelijk!! Is maar 200 meter lopen!
I came in here on 1-05-2019 at around 6 p.m. to get some snacks. I grab a baguette and walk to the staff to ask if I can have the baguette sliced, but before I could be helped, the conversation between the staff member and colleague or friend continued with words such as "cancer-like". I put the stuff back and left. By the way, at the Ah in the Damstraat they are very friendly !! Is only 200 meters away!

β β β β β Mooie winkel, goed eten en drinken. Water goedkoper dan winkels op het station.
Ze verkopen ook Fiji water. Smerig, maar als er mensen zijn die het lekker vinden, het is daar te koop.
Nice shop, good food and drinks. Water cheaper than shops at the station.
They also sell Fiji water. Nasty, but if there are people who like it, it is for sale there.

β β β β β Ik kocht een cappuccino uit de automaat, maar halfverwege het bereiden hield ie ermee op omdat de melk op was. Het bekertje zat maar half vol en ik had wel al betaald. Hulp gevraagd aan een medewerkster, die vervolgens het apparaat ging bijvullen en daarna weigerde om mij een nieuwe cappucino te geven. Volgens haar zat er genoeg in. Ik kon haar met geen mogelijkheid overtuigen dat dit restje er echt heel anders uitzag dan een normale cappuccino. Het smaakte ook totaal anders. Misschien is het in het vervolg een goed idee om een hogere prioriteit te geven aan klantvriendelijkheid dan aan je gelijk willen halen, zeker als je ook duidelijk geen gelijk hebt. Je hebt het wel tegen een klant die net zijn geld aan jullie heeft gegeven. Dat is voorlopig ook de laatste keer geweest.
I bought a cappuccino from the machine, but it stopped halfway through making it because the milk had run out. The cup was only half full and I had already paid. Asked for help from an employee, who then refilled the machine and then refused to give me a new cappucino. She said there was enough in it. There was no way I could convince her that this leftover really looked very different from a normal cappuccino. It also tasted completely different. In the future, it might be a good idea to give higher priority to customer service than to prove yourself right, especially if you are clearly wrong. You are talking to a customer who just gave you his money. That was the last time for a while.
