★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive, small selection, good for a snack. Fresh bread, meat, veg, fruit, diary prods available but extremely pricey so good to fix a full fresh meal but rather cycle to the city center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every time i go to the spar, the guilt trip comes around: If i just had travelled a little bit further to any other store, the food would have been cheaper, of higher quality and with a lower chance of being rotten. Once bought a broccoli there, only to return it an hour later. The office manager replied: It not OUR fault the broccoli you just bought is no longer edible. One week later i checked the vegetable stand: fungus on the veggies again.... sigh
But: nice location. Very convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Criminally expensive. They are the only supermarket in the vicinity (the nearest competitor is in De Bilt), and the prices show it.
To make things worse, they have various "recommended items", arranged so that it seems they're on sale. I have never actually seen items on discount here unless they are about to spoil.
Despite being so expensive, you have to scan your own items and pack them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overpriced for same quality as pretty much any other supermarket, just because you have red sign and make you places smaller to make it look more like a local store doesn't mean the quality of the product is better just ensures that customers have to whait longer in line, which heads up we really don't like. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good selection, and I love that it's purely self checkout, but god damn is it expensive. Which is ridiculous considering they have a total monopoly on grocery sales for the people living in the Uithof.
On weekends everything is 10%off though, so it becomes more reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is such a bad store everything is very overpriced. It is the only supermarket in this location and only because of that they are able to set the prices so up high. It is unacceptable and ridiculous that such a thing is possible. But because there's nothing else so many people still have to go the to shop for groceries or simply for lunch. So it's also very busy. I do appreciate their efforts with app featuring special deals for every day but it's very buggy and so many times I had to ask an employee to help me get the deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't have many different products. Also not a lot of vegetarian options. The prices are also very high as they have no competition around. Don't really like coming here, but since it is the only supermarket on campus I have to. Overall the store is pretty clean and staff is nice.
