★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really bad, the delivery guy screamed at the phone and said I could not find your place and said I am waiting at Albert Heijn. Called their number try to resolve the problem and the workers try to defend their delivery with another story. Told them the real story what exactly happened but its seems they don't really believe me and said we will do something about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay spare ribs. Nicely cooked, not grilled tender meat. The flavours are not marinated, but really thick sauses. A bit disappointing. They are a delivery, but you can pick up food too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience: had to wait almost 2 hours for my food. Even called two times, and every time they promised "the deliverer is almost at your place", but it took >30 minutes anyhow (while it's only a 3-minute walk from my house to their office). After it arrived, I was even more disappointed by the quality of the food: it was cold, and e.g. de baked potato with garlic butter looked like this (see: picture). So bad! Never order here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took an hour and a half to deliver ribs and a potato! Then when my order arrived it was missing the potato. When I called to complain the number went to voicemail because they were closed. They should remove express from the company name and should offer better customer service. The ribs were nice but there are plenty of other restaurants selling ribs in Amsterdam so I suggest ordering from someone who cares more about the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered regularly here; their bbq spare ribs can be pretty juicy and good! But they can also be dry and not so good... it's a bit of a hit-and-miss with them. And unfortunately they keep bumping up the prices (what seems multiple times per year) and they just got too expensive. 20 euro's for a portion of what could be dry chewy ribs is a gamble I'm not willing to take anymore. (If I were guaranteed that I'd be getting the good stuff, I might be ok with these prices every now and then, but quality is too erratic)
