★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kort geleden kip en spareribs en nog wat andere zaken. 1 les de kip is niet lekker. Natte huid, die er echt slecht uitzag ondanks de marinade. Heel erg slecht.
 Recently chicken and spare ribs and some other things. 1 lesson the chicken is not tasty. Wet skin, which looked really bad despite the marinade. Very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ze beloven je van alles op het moment dat je 1.5 uur op je eten moet wachten en het vervolgens koud aankomt maar zodra je vraagt om hun belofte na te komen (gratis spareribs en gratis bijgerecht) kunnen ze opeens alleen het gratis bijgerecht vinden in hun systeem. Klacht ingediend bij thuisbezorgd en helaas een 1 ster review. De keren daarvoor was ik zeer tevreden.
They promise you everything when you have to wait 1.5 hours for your food and it arrives cold but as soon as you ask to keep their promise (free ribs and free side dish) suddenly they can only find the free side dish in their system . Complained to home delivery and unfortunately a 1 star review. The times before that I was very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been waiting for two hour after I made an order with Roos via phone call.
I tried calling back but their expensive recoding machine told me they are closed. I usually order here and its great but this is straight up TERRIBLE customer service.
UPDATE: I called today to complain to the manager Arjan and he hung up on me in the middle of my sentence

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was horrible my ribs was salty, the corn was over cook tell it had no taste. And the scalped potato was dry. It was a waste of 31,95. The food wasn't fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent portions, pretty expensive for the price. Rib is not really marinated in any way, cooked in a generic way then get slapped with sauce on top. Usually too soft that it breaks in your hands or with burnt bark edges.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the sparerib combo for 2 which comes with 3 sides. One side was what I thought should be a jacket potato with sour cream. But it was literally just a baked potato with garlic butter on the side. Besides the plain baked potato, all the other food was delish! I would order from here again.
