★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe die Karte mit dem chip voran in den Automaten gesteckt (da es bei allen anderen Sparkassen so ist) , daraufhin hat mir der Automat angezeigt, dass ich die Karte falsch herum rein gesteckt habe und ich die Karte wieder raus nehmen soll. Allerdings ist der Automat dann abgestürzt und meine Karte wurde einbehalten. Nun muss ich 1-2 Wochen warten bis ich meine Karte wieder bekomme!
I have put the card with the chip ahead in the machine (as it is with all other savings banks like this), then the machine has indicated to me that I put the card in the wrong direction and I should take the card out again. However, the machine crashed and my card was withheld. Now I have to wait 1-2 weeks until I get my card back!
