C	C. K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich finde ich die Filiale gut: nette Mitarbeiter, viele Terminals. Aber seit Corona gehe ich dort nicht mehr gerne hin. Und seit die Öffnungszeiten eingeschränkt wurden und tagsüber oft die Schalter abgetrennt sind, ist es einfach nur noch der Horror. Die Mehrheit der Kunden hält sich nicht an die Hygienevorschriften, es sind viel zu viele Menschen im Vorraum. Und wenn ein Mitarbeiter dann mal die Tür öffnet, um einen Kunden zu empfangen, dann wird nicht zu der Situation gesagt...und es war mehr als deutlich, dass über 15 Personen im Vorraum waren. Als eine Dame dann einen Mann, der ihr zu nah kam, ansprach, wurde sie aggressiv angegangen! Das geht gar nicht. Als Hausherr hat die Sparkasse während der Öffnungszeiten dafür zu sorgen, dass sich auch Frauen angstfrei und Corona-konform in ihren Räumlichkeiten bewegen können! Die Post in Kray hat auch einen Security-Mitarbeiter im Verkaufsraum...es ist zwar traurig, dass solche Maßnahmen notwendig sind, aber ohne Kontrolle hält sich in dieser Sparkassen-Filiale die Mehrheit der dortigen Kundschaft nicht an die Hygiene-Maßnahmen! Und die Sparkasse tut nix dagegen! ??? Actually, I think the branch is good: nice employees, lots of terminals. But since Corona I don't like going there anymore. And since the opening times were restricted and the counters are often disconnected during the day, it's just plain horror. The majority of customers do not adhere to the hygiene regulations, there are far too many people in the anteroom. And when an employee opens the door to receive a customer, they don't say anything about the situation ... and it was more than clear that over 15 people were in the anteroom. When a lady approached a man who got too close to her, she was attacked aggressively! That is not how it works. As the owner of the house, the Sparkasse has to ensure that women can move around their premises without fear and in a Corona-compliant manner during opening hours! The post office in Kray also has a security employee in the sales room ... it is sad that such measures are necessary, but without control, the majority of the local customers in this Sparkasse branch do not adhere to the hygiene measures! And the Sparkasse does nothing about it! ???
T	Thomas Jung on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bewerte eigentlich nicht öffentlich, aber ich möchte einfach mal ein Lob an der Sparkassen Niederlassung Kray geben, Ich komme zwar aus Bonn und war nur auf der Durchreise mit meiner Frau, aber was die Filiale an Sicherheit und unfassbare freundlichkeit ausstrahlt unter anderem durch den Sicherheitsmitarbeiter einfach top, top, top. Wenn man in jeder Filiale in Deutschland sich so gut begleitet und geschützt fühlen würde wäre Geld abholen eine echt endspannte Angelegenheit für jung und alt. I don't actually rate publicly, but I would just like to praise the Sparkasse Kray branch, I come from Bonn and was only passing through with my wife, but the security and unbelievable friendliness that the branch exudes is simply top, top, top thanks to the security staff. If you felt so well accompanied and protected in every branch in Germany, collecting money would be a really tense affair for young and old.

In all den Jahren habe ich mich stets sehr gut beraten, bedient und betreut gefühlt. Bei allen Anliegen und Fragen hat man mir immer schnell, freundlich und ganz individuell mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team, Ihr macht da echt einen richtig guten Job! At this point I would also like to say that I am glad that I got my house financing with the Sparkasse in Kray. Over the years I have always felt very well advised, served and looked after. I was always at my side with quick, friendly and very individual advice and support for all concerns and questions. Kudos to the entire team, you are doing a really good job there!

The advice was very competent and the staff super friendly. I felt very comfortable there during the interview. I can only recommend.

Die Bedrohung eine Unterschrift leisten zu müssen, sonst rücken wir Ihre Karte nicht raus ist eine unverschämtheit, zum Glück ist die jüngere Mitarbeiterin kompetenter und etwas sozialer, gab mir meine Karte wieder, wofür ich Monatlich schließlich zahle. In the future it should probably be possible to listen to customers and not constantly interrupt them. The threat of having to sign, otherwise we won't give out your card, is outrageous, fortunately the younger employee is more competent and a bit more social, gave me my card back, which I end up paying for monthly.
