★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noch ist der Service einigermaßen erträglich, aber was ich heute gelesen habe das noch mehr Filialen geschlossen werden wegen dem veränderten Kundenverhalten!? Natürlich ist es der Kunde schuld das Stellen abgebaut werden, das wissen wir ja.... Ständiges warten im Vorraum wenn du mal zum Schalter willst, lasst eure Kohle besser unter der Matratze, man bekommt das Gefühl nicht Mehr willkommen zu sein ...das ist bezogen auf alle Banken und Sparkassen...
