★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rufen ständig an und nerven, teilweise echt dreist und unfreundlich, aus diesem Grund habe ich auch die Bank gewechselt und zahle jetzt auch keine Kontoführungsgebühren mehr und mich ruft keiner mehr an. Bei der Sparkasse ist alles sehr kompliziert und aufwendig, einem wird immer wieder versucht irgendwas anzudrehen. Leider nicht zu empfehlen. ??????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öffnungszeiten sind ja wohl nicht mehr zeitgemäß, von Kundenservice ganz zu schweigen. Somit soll der Kunde gezwungen werden alles online zu machen. Was sollen Berufstätige mache um ihre Geschäfte abzuwickeln? Eine Tag Urlaub nehmen??
Opening times are probably no longer up to date, not to mention customer service. Thus, the customer should be forced to do everything online. What should working people do to conduct their business? Take a day off ??

Auch der Wachposten vor der Tür ist immer freundlich, obwohl es mir bei manchen Zeitgenossen (Kunden) selber schwerfallen würde freundlich zu sein. Übrigens, ich würde denn Terminal ab 22 - 7 Uhr für Abhebungen generell schließen. Niemand braucht heutzutage rund um die Uhr Bargeld. Das würde auch diese für uns Kunden kostspieligen Sprengungen verhindern.

Even the guards in front of the door is always friendly, though it would be a friendly to me with some contemporaries (customers) themselves. By the way, I would generally close terminal from 22 - 7 o'clock for withdrawal. Nobody needs all around the clock nowadays. This would also prevent these expensive explosives for us customers.
