Der Kundenservice ist jederzeit gut zu erreichen und die Mitarbeiter in der Geschäftsstelle Wehringhausen sind sehr hilfbereit. Meine persönliche Kundenberaterin die Frau Esin Kiziltepe, kümmert sich sehr gut um uns und sie ist sehr kompetent. Die App der Sparkasse ist vollkommen in Ordnung und erleichtert uns das Bankengeschäft.
I have been a customer of Sparkassen HagenHerdecke for years and I am very satisfied. Customer service is easy to reach at any time and the employees in the Wehringhausen office are very helpful. My personal customer advisor, Ms. Esin Kiziltepe, takes very good care of us and is very competent. The Sparkasse app is perfectly fine and makes our banking business easier.
