She was really helpful and very quick to respond. I managed to sort out all the issues despite not speaking the language thanks to Ling! I strongly recommend this service and I will work with her for any other issues we may have.

I initially rented a property on my own, but it was more expensive than I had planned for and was in the noisy city centre. When I discovered Ling, I could tell she was very focused and professional in doing her job. From speeaking with her she knew I wanted to spend less on rent each month and also to rent somewhere further from the city centre. Within a short period of time Ling had identified a number of good properties that matched my needs. Ling attended a house viewing with me, which really eased the process a lot, as Dutch is not my native language. Ling also communicated with the landlords on my behalf, which again was very useful. I'm now happily residing in a family house, in the suburbs, paying much less than I was in the city centre, and I couldn't have done it without Ling's help. Thank you again Ling. Beste, Scott

I am on a short term assignment, moving from Portland, OR to Rotterdam. Ling has been instrumental in a smooth transition for me. Not only did she help with all of the technical aspects of the residency permit, lease signing, insurance, etc., due to her strong connections and expertise in the process, but she was also intuitively helpful with the integration that is needed when moving to a new living space, city, and life. She has been extremely easy going and empathetic to my needs, but also proactive to ensure I knew how to get to key points around the city, how to use the public transportation network, where the supermarket was, and where I had to go to find the best food around! I would not be nearly as comfortable or settled only days into my move without her. Additionally, she's just a nice, smart, and very knowledgeable person about culture, the world and people. You will not find a more perfect expat buddy!

Frankly, I didn't know where to start with my search. With two small kids, I had a lot of things to keep in mind when picking a place & a house. I was lost. So, I asked Ling to help me with arranging our staycaton. Ling advised me on the location (Texel) and a rent house. Besides, she planned the whole trip with a lot of fun activities for the kids (which we, parents, enjoyed tremendously, too). She also gave me a great deal of tips on restaurants and cafes. Ling was really attentive, she understood my needs and what I was looking for. She's very responsive and friendly. She had the whole trip planned out a few months before and kept tabs on me ensuring nothing had changed and I didn't need anything else. When I had questions, Ling would come back within a few hours with her response and suggestions. It was so great to have Ling taking the burden of research off my shoulders! I will definitely work with her again for my next trip. Btw, my husband and kids absolutely loved our stay at Texel.
