★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oogmeting gedaan en goed, eerlijk advies gekregen: wacht nog even met het kopen van een bril en tips om vermoeide ogen tegen te gaan. Top dat ze echt advies geven, en niet alleen maar uit zijn op verkoop van een bril. Ik ga aan de slag met de tip, en mocht het toch nodig zijn kom ik zonder twijfel terug bij Specsavers om een bril aan te schaffen!
 Eye test done and good, honest advice: wait a while before buying glasses and tips to prevent tired eyes. It's great that they really give advice, and not just want to sell glasses. I'm going to get started with the tip, and if necessary, I will without a doubt come back to Specsavers to purchase glasses!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly I made an appointment online because I purchased a pair of glasses two years ago and now it is the time to have an eye test. This appointment didn't happen because of their internation appointment system doesn't work, the appointment didn't go through. After then made an appointment by phone call, which is settled. However, just a few hours later, I was contacted and told that my appointment is rescheduled because the time slot of my appointment is given to someone else even though the time of appointment is agreed upon. Seems like Specsavers makes hierarchies on their customers, some customers might be more important, and some customers' time are not important and can be arbitrarily rescheduled.
