Aangezien wij ondertiteling gebruiken en de tekst maar heel even in beeld verschijnt, is deze zin eigenlijk niet te lezen. Enige dagen geleden, 11-08-2020 ging naar de vestiging van Specsavers in Alkmaar, winkelcentrum De Mare voor aankoop van een nieuwe bril. (Een oogmeting had ik enige dagen daarvoor al gedaan) Ik was in de veronderstelling, dat deze actie voor ALLE varivocale glazen gold. Niets was minder waar. Mijn inzien dient de zin: Vraag voor actievoorwaarden in de winkel, Heel Duidelijk leesbaar in de spot voor te komen. Dit zet mensen veel minder op het verkeerde been. Mijn inziens is dit een vorm van misleiding, om klanten 'de winkel in te krijgen. volgens mij zijn kleine lettertjes in reclames in welke vorm, dan ook, bij de wet verboden.Ik ben al een aantal jaren klant van Specsavers. Gelukkig heb ik een dag na aankoop een goed gesprek gehad met de commercieel manager van de vestigingen in Alkmaar.

Fortunately, a day after purchase, I had a good conversation with the commercial manager of the Alkmaar branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richard van specsavers zeist zou mijn begin januari terug bellen dat is tot nu toe niet gebeurd ik snap het wel de 30 dagen zijn nu voorbij maar dit gebeurd me nooit meer neem een ander in de maling het laaste wat hij zei was je krijgt je geld toch niet meer terug
