T	Th. M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten für unsere Tochter bei Spielwaren Laumann ein hochwertiges Trampolin bestellt. Normalerweise war die Lieferzeit sehr kurzfristig. Doch aufgrund von Lieferengpässen beim Hersteller sollte das Trampolin erst lange nach dem Geburtstag geliefert werden. Ich nahm also Kontakt mit dem Spielwarenladen auf. Herr Laumann machte mir den Vorschlag, ein noch hochwertigeres Trampolin kostenneutral zu liefern! Und das sogar am nächsten Tag mit dem firmeneigenen Transporter! Echt genial. Der nette Lieferer half mir beim Abladen und Tragen der Trampolinkomponenten und erklärte mir noch, wie man das Trampolin am Besten aufbauen konnte! Ich war sehr zufrieden und unsere Tochter kurz danach glücklich über das tolle Geschenk! Zwei Jahre später, kurz nach Ablauf der Garantiezeit, kam es zu Rissen im Sicherheitsnetz. Die Sonnenstrahlung hatte das Netz "morsch" gemacht. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Fa. Laumann sagte Herr Laumann, dass er einen Kulanzantrag beim Hersteller stellen wollte. Und..... einige Zeit später wurde uns ein bügelnagelneues, originales Sicherheitsnetz von Berg zugeschickt. Also, wir sind sehr zufrieden mit Spielwaren Laumann und können das Geschäft weiterempfehlen! Tolle Mitarbeiter und super Chef! Gruß aus Oelde We had ordered a high-quality trampoline from Spielwaren Laumann for our daughter. Normally the delivery time was very short. However, due to delivery bottlenecks at the manufacturer, the trampoline was only supposed to be delivered long after the birthday. So I contacted the toy store. Mr. Laumann made the suggestion to deliver an even higher quality trampoline at no extra cost! And even the next day with the company's own transporter! Really awesome. The nice delivery man helped me unload and carry the trampoline components and also explained to me the best way to set up the trampoline! I was very satisfied and shortly afterwards our daughter was happy about the great gift! Two years later, just after the warranty period expired, the safety net ruptured. The sun's rays had made the network "rotten". After contacting the Laumann company, Mr. Laumann said that he wanted to submit a goodwill application to the manufacturer. And..... some time later a brand new, original safety net from Berg was sent to us. So, we are very satisfied with Spielwaren Laumann and can recommend the shop! Great employees and great boss! R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte online nach Ersatzteile für Berg Gocards gesucht und bin auf das Geschäft gestoßen, da ich bewusst kleine Inhaber geführte Läden bevorzuge und schreibe die Rezession für den Kauf im Online Handel. 5 Sterne + = schneller Versand, sicher Verpackt = Ware/Preis/ Leistung entspricht der Qualität die ich erwartet habe = schnelle Abwicklung/Reaktion per Email bei Reklamation (und das 3Monate nach Kauf!!!) = neues Ersstzteil wurde umgehend geliefert Vom Bestellvorgang über Lierfeung, Bezahlung, Reklamation ich kann nichts schlechtes sagen. Wird nicht das letzte mal sein, dass ich hier bestellen werde. I was looking online for spare parts for Berg Gocards and came across the business because I consciously prefer small owner-managed shops and write the recession for buying online. 5 stars + = fast shipping, securely packed = Goods/price/performance corresponds to the quality I expected = fast processing/reaction by email in the event of a complaint (and that 3 months after purchase!!!) = new first part was delivered immediately From the ordering process to delivery, payment, complaints, I can't say anything bad. It won't be the last time I order from here.

Als ich eine Frage zu einem Produkt hatte, verhielt sich der Chef unfreundlich und überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Da musste ich meine Geschenke leider doch im Netz bestellen. SEHR schade!!! I drove to Geldern especially to do some shopping in a specialty store. Unfortunately there was no advice. The staff phoned while several customers were waiting. When I had a question about a product, the boss was unfriendly and not at all helpful. Unfortunately, I had to order my gifts online. VERY shame !!!
D	Doreen G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundliches gar freches Personal, kindgerecht geht anders .... nicht zu empfehlen Wir mussten etwas reklamieren bekamen dann kein Geld zurück lediglich einen Gutschein den wir aufgrund Entfernung und vor allem dem Angebot im Geschäft kaum einlösen konnten. Geld ist nun futsch . Nie wieder würden wir hier kaufen und mehrere Bekannte berichteten uns jetzt ähnliches. So kann man auch Geld verdienen Very unfriendly and cheeky staff, child-friendly is different ... not to be recommended We had to complain and got no money back, only a voucher that we could hardly redeem due to the distance and above all the offer in the shop. Money is gone now. We would never buy here again and several acquaintances told us something similar. This is also how you can make money

Es macht einfach Spaß durch die Regale zu spazieren und die Auswahl zu genießen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Laden, der hoffentlich trotz der starken online-Konkurrenz noch lange existiert. A toy store as you would like it to be. A wonderland for all children. All kinds of toy genres are covered here. It's just fun to walk through the shelves and enjoy the selection. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A store that will hopefully continue to exist for a long time despite the strong online competition.
