The contact person was really nice and more than that he helped us scheduling viewings after working hours. Also he assured the landlord gave us the property in a good shape (repairs, painting etc).

It's usually not that easy for new expats (like myself) to go through the process of finding a new home due to unknown laws and rules in a foriegn country. Luckily I found Erkan from Spil makelaars who made sure I got a reliable service and a fair contract.
Any questions/hesitation/request that I have is always been answered, also after the contract was already signed.
Much Recommended!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This makelaar is a low key and informal yet very personal and professional in dealing with their client/s. I requested a couple of apartments and I was dealt accordingly and on time. Much to my amazement Uruz even supported me when I made a personal request to the Landlord in my Letter of Intention to Rent the apartment and I was so surprised that it was granted. SPil makelaars also offers most of the reasonable to lower priced apartments. I highly recommend this company/makelaar. They are good.
