★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After checking that walk-in appointments were allowed on Spoedtest’s website we took an Uber to their nearest clinic. employees at the location stated they had no availability despite the facility being completely empty. After suggesting that we could book an appointment on our phones they stated that there were no openings for that night. Imagine our surprise when we returned to the hotel and found 30+ Openings that night at the location. We purchased another Uber there as the test was necessary for travel and the staff attempted to play dumb, one of them suggesting that all 30 appointments had been canceled within the 15 minutes it took us to get back to our hotel. No effort was made to remedy the situation by customer service. Do not waste your time here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The test result came on time, but the third page was failed. In order to send an email after 4 days I didn’t get the third page ( The international Certificate)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Test are not done in official laboratoria and travel certificate is not accepted everywhere. Staff is not aware, customer service is useless. Better find someone else, there are cheaper options with proper travel certificates available.
