Also, people are warm and welcoming. Edwin seems to be the main person and he is really good to deal with. So are the others who helped when I went over to the store. We were delayed by the Amsterdam traffic and reached the warehouse by the closing time. Edwin's dad and brother waited for us and not even a single sign that they had to be open after office hours. They were so patient till I tried couple of shoes and selected the product.
Definitely customer friendly. Good luck to Edwin for his endeavors!
