Ga na de trainingen altijd met een heel voldaan en goed gevoel naar huis. Daarnaast hangt er een ontspannen sfeer waarbij ik mij altijd welkom voel. Echt een aanrader! Door deze kickboks lessen heb ik nu een conditie waar ik niet eens op kon hopen! Ik heb een longziekte, de longarts zag mij de laatste keer bij controle en zei: er komt een en al gezondheid binnen! De persoonlijke benadering van de eigenaar en ook de goede sfeer in de sportschool als geheel maakten dit een aangename plek om te komen. Mijn conditie ging hard vooruit door de kickboks- en bokszaktrainingen die ik bijwoonde. 's Avonds na de training altijd met een enorm voldaan gevoel naar huis. Always enjoy sports here. Wij sporten hier met het hele gezin. Onze twee oudste kinderen doen mee met de kickboxlessen voor de kinderen. Wijzelf de boxlessen voor volwassenen, vrouwen kickboxen en boxzak training. De begelijding is er goed en fijn! The atmosphere in this gym is so nice it's like coming home! I enjoy going here every day! My condition has improved so much. We exercise here with the whole family. Our two oldest children participate in the kickboxing lessons for the children. We ourselves the boxing lessons for adults, women's kickboxing and boxing bag training. The accompaniment is good and nice!

Daarna kun je nog lekker losgaan op de bokszak en je hoofd leegmaken tijdens de bokszak lessen. Is echt heerlijk en werkt verslavend!!! Er hangt hier altijd een goede sfeer en de lessen zijn super met een top trainer, die je altijd blijft motiveren. I have been coming here for over 4 years with great pleasure!
