They withdraw money from my account without my consent and when i asked for a refund they didnt even bother to communicate properly with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great classes, lots of options. Very noisy, lots of stairs. Free self-serve coffee, tea and flavored water. Childcare is every morning 9-12, for one session 1.5 hours. There is a fantastic childminder every day except for Wednesdays and Sundays. I have complained 3 times about the lack of professionalism of the one on Wed & Sun and I don't leave my kid with her.
UPDATE: the great childminder is more only Fridays. I hardly ever need childcare anymore so I can't speak to the quality of the other days. UPDATE 12/12/2018: The childcare staff have all changed since my last update. There is one person who seems to be there Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday who is very nice.
