★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet alleen voor rug en knie etc moet je voor herstel bij Sportho zijn, maar ook voor hartrevalidatie. Na een dubbele open hartoperatie in 2018 was ik lichamelijk zeer verzwakt, en heb ik me bij Sportho gemeld. Ik ben begeleid door het hele Sporthoteam, maar met name door Remco. Na 9 maanden therapie, waarin mijn hele lijf onder handen is genomen, heb ik nu de revalidatie naar grote tevredenheid afgerond. Ze hadden daarbij aandacht voor alle spiergroepen, hart-long conditie, en alle oefeningen waren zeer afwisselend. Wat ook fijn was, was dat ik er terecht kon met allerlei vragen, en dat de training aangepast werd als het de vorige keer toch te zwaar gevallen was, of als ik ergens last van had. Het is zo goed verlopen, dat daar waar ik bij binnenkomst nog niet tot de hoek van de straat kon lopen, ik afgelopen week weer 400 km gefietst heb. Ik heb er natuurlijk zelf veel voor moeten doen, maar dankzij de fantastische begeleiding heb ik dat allemaal kunnen opbrengen, met TOP resultaat! Bedankt! Leo Verschoor
You should not only go to Sportho for recovery, but also for cardiac rehabilitation. After a double open heart surgery in 2018, I was very weak physically, and I reported to Sportho. I have been supervised by the entire Sports team, but in particular by Remco. After 9 months of therapy, in which my entire body was taken care of, I have now completed the rehabilitation to great satisfaction. They paid attention to all muscle groups, heart-lung condition, and all exercises were very varied. What was also nice was that I could go there with all sorts of questions, and that the training was adjusted if it was too heavy the last time, or if I was bothered by something. It went so well that where I could not walk to the corner of the street when I entered, I cycled 400 km again last week. Of course I had to do a lot for it myself, but thanks to the fantastic guidance I was able to achieve all that, with TOP results! Thanks! Leo Verschoor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij Sportho zowel gerevalideerd na heupprotheses als een knieprothese. Hier wordt getraind zoals het hoort. Uitgebreide instructies en voorlichting, heel veel oefenvormen en niet zoals mijn vorige fysio die alleen masseerde. Ook na een rugoperatie ben ik door het hele Sportho team deskundig begeleid. Een echte aanrader ook omdat ze rechtstreeks samenwerken met de orthopeed die als het nodig is op locatie mee beoordeeld of onderzoekt. Toppers!!
At Sportho both rehabilitated after hip prostheses and a knee prosthesis. Here you train as it should. Extensive instructions and information, lots of exercises and not like my previous physio who only massaged. Even after back surgery, I have been expertly guided by the entire Sportho team. Highly recommended, because they work directly with the orthopedist who, if necessary, co-assesses or investigates on location. Toppers !!
